This equestrian-specific programme uses NASM’s corrective exercise framework and Biomechanics Education principles. It has been refined with rider-specific substitutions to better target adductor control, pelvic stability, core sequencing, and stirrup simulation drills. The goal is improved symmetry, balance, and independence of aids in the saddle. Keep pain ≤ 2/10 and prioritise control, alignment, and balance in every movement.
