This knee health programme is built around NASM’s corrective exercise model and Biomechanics Education principles. It progresses gradually over 6 weeks to reduce knee stress, restore mobility, and build hip–knee–ankle stability. The aim is to improve functional movement and reduce discomfort during daily and sport-specific tasks. Pain should not exceed 2/10 throughout.
